WatchTherapy Shipping Policy
At WatchTherapy, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. That’s why we are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered within Sri Lanka.
Shipping Details:
- Free Shipping: All orders within Sri Lanka are eligible for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
- Delivery Time: We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your watch to arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using this information.
- Delivery Partners: We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we only offer shipping within Sri Lanka. International shipping options are not available at this time.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacing or refunding your purchase if necessary.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.
