At WatchTherapy.lk, all our watches come with an International Manufacturer's Warranty. This warranty ensures that your watch is covered for any manufacturing defects under the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturers.
Warranty Terms:

International Warranty: Every watch purchased from WatchTherapy.lk is backed by an international warranty from the manufacturer. If you encounter any issues that fall under the manufacturer's warranty, you may claim the warranty internationally at any authorized service center.

Claiming Warranty through WatchTherapy.lk:
- In the event that you are unable to claim the international warranty directly, WatchTherapy.lk will assist you. Simply bring the watch to us, and we will handle the warranty claim on your behalf.
- If the watch needs to be sent to the manufacturer’s service centers in Canada or the USA for warranty repairs, WatchTherapy.lk will cover all associated shipping costs.

Exclusions: Please note that the following are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty:
- Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Water damage, unless the watch is specifically labeled as water-resistant, and the water damage occurred within the watch’s stated water-resistance limits.
